Stripping: 90%-10% stems

Maceration time: 26 days

Age of barrels: 30% of new Allier oak and 70% of Allier oak used barrels (3 years)

Barrel ageing: 18 months



Tasting note dated on 23/01/2017:

Ruby opaque glossy.

The aromas of red fresh fruit predominate in the nose. Very mineral nose with a touch of licorice very integrated with the tertiary aromas of the barrel.

In the mouth, the wine has a fresh, vinous, fruity and clear-cut entrance with fine and nervous tannins, typical of the calcareous soil that allow a silky texture and volume.

Its end is fragrant and fruity.

In time to drink and enjoy its freshness, with a magnificent balance of acidity, fruit and tannins, and with great ageing qualities.
