Tasting note:

Very intense red-violet color.

The nose is very mineral with a lot of red fruit, mint and a background of pepermint. The aromas are complex but in perfect harmony with the tertiary aromas of its long barrel aging.

The mouth is soft, silky and very balanced with a nervous tannin that provides structure and freshness, and that enhances its fruity and mineral character.

Due to its mineral balance and freshness, Hacienda Monasterio Cosecha 2016 shows a great aging potencial in the bottle. It is a great wine to enjoy at any time.
